Host at Studio Workshop
Katie's two hour Studio Workshop is perfect for getting people together to experience a bit of creative glass fusing.
This Workshop has been designed for birthday or anniversary celebrations or "We are out of Lockdown" get-togethers with a load of friends for you to make, create and chat together in Katie's new studio! This Workshop is also suitable for children's birthday parties. Minimum age six. Mimimum of eight people.
This is what happens:
You book the time and date you want your workshop to run. Contact Katie to find out avaibility katie.lynn@moltenwonky.co.uk
The Workshop table will be ready for you when you arrive. Katie will give a short introduction and explain how you're going to create your decoration.
You choose to make a Picture, Coaster, Rainbow or Sun Catcher and a Mini Square Decoration. You can choose this on the day, but it can help to have a bit of an idea of what you might like to make. Pintrest is a good place to look.
The Glass Fusing Workshop runs for about two hours which is ample making time. You will also get a chance to look around Katie's Studio and to browse her wonky Shop.
When you and your friends have finished creating, Katie will fire your work in her kiln and it will be ready to collect a week later. She can post it to you for an extra charge of £10 to save you collecting.
Each person's work will be presented back to you in a molten wonky box.
Katie will supply tea, coffee, water, squash and some biscuits. Please feel free to bring along a birthday cake and enjoy a slice when you and your friends have finished creating, if you would like to.
This Workshop is for a minimum of eight people at £20 per head. Payment can be made in cash on the day or via BACS.
